I designed my line of leather tote bags with a modern, clean look. I construct these bag using firm leathers so they will soften as they break in, yet keep their shape. I dye my leather by hand for vibrant colors and a unique look. Inside, I use waterproof nylon lining for longevity and easy clean-up. Some I close with magnets for convenience, while others I close with zippers for security. With 4 sizes to choose from, you are sure to find the tote of your dreams, whether you want a bag for a night out on the town, or you want an elegant work bag to take to the office.
LARGE TOTE:
I designed this full sized, Large Tote with the business woman in mind. It is large enough to be used as a briefcase yet decidedly feminine compared to most briefcase alternatives. I make this bag with firm oak-tanned leathers. This leather will soften beautifully, yet still retain its shape. I dye my leather by hand to bring out the unique character of each piece. I use waterproof lining on the inside to keep the rain out making it refined and easy to clean. Outside, you will find straps long enough to put on your shoulder easily and slip pockets front and back. Inside you will find two wall pockets in the front, one wall pocket in the back, and a center divider pocket to keep the large interior organized. This bag is large enough for a laptop, legal files, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
MONOGRAMS:
I can stamp your name, initials or whatever you like on most of my products.
Monograms are 1/2 inch tall letters, all caps. Using my heat stamping machine, monograms stamp cleanly and beautifully. See an example in the color swatches photo on most listings in my shop.
**Please note that all sales are final for monogrammed products.
LEATHER CARE:
Properly cared for, my products will last a lifetime. We have seen leather items from the civil war come in the shop that are still in excellent condition because they were cared for properly!
Over time, leather dries out and needs to have oil put back into it. I use Fiebing's Prime Neatsfoot Oil Compound on my veg-tanned leather products, and I highly recommend it. This is a heavy oil designed specifically for veg-tanned leathers. Apply it with a rag once a year or so. Whatever doesn't soak in, in a minute or so, wipe off. It is that easy.
**Never use Mink Oil on my products because it will rot the nylon thread and is NOT covered in my lifetime guarantee against defects.
OUT IN THE RAIN:
Water will not damage my products. While the finish I use is water resistant, you may see some water spotting, especially on light colors. The lining I use is a waterproof rip-stop nylon which will keep out the rain so you need not worry about your electronics and other items getting wet when you get caught out in the rain. Because, lets face it, that happens to all of us!
Water will cause leather to dry out more quickly, so if your bag gets wet frequently, you should put oil back into it more often. (see Leather Care above)
LIFETIME GUARANTEE:
My goal is to make the absolute best quality products possible; therefore, I guarantee everything I make for life against defects in materials and workmanship. With this in mind, I use only the finest quality leather, nylon thread, rip-stop nylon lining, solid brass and stainless steel hardware available. If something goes wrong and it is my fault, I will happily fix it for free!
CHARACTERISTICS OF MY LEATHER:
I use a variety of the finest quality leathers available, sourced both here in the US and around the world from some of the best tanneries in the business.
The chrome-tanned cowhide I use is dyed and finished at the tannery for a clean consistent look with a semi-gloss finish.
The veg-tanned calfskin I use is dyed and finished here in my shop, highlighting the natural character of these hides much like staining wood does. Trying to balance perfection against wastefulness, I minimize imperfections as much as possible, placing them in less noticeable locations on my products only when it is absolutely necessary.

Tote is a beautiful black, made of very high quality leather and hardware. The stitching is nice and straight, and it is riveted at the stress points. It closes with two magnets, as well as the zipper. I like the nylon lining, it's easily cleanable. The shipping was fast, I received it the next day, and it was well-packed.
